Terms of Service

Zyrix is a software company based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Zyrix CRM is a subscription-based customer relationship management platform designed for businesses operating in Türkiye and the Arab world.

To use Zyrix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
• Represent a legitimate business entity or be acting on behalf of one.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Comply with all laws that apply to your business and your customers.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account:

• Credentials: Keep your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Authorized users: You may invite team members; the number of seats depends on your plan.
• Accuracy: Do not sign up with false identity or false business information.
• Legal activity: You may not use Zyrix for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or violating sanctions.

Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future charges.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused portions. If a charge was clearly erroneous or duplicated, contact us at billing@zyrix.co within 30 days and we will investigate in good faith.

Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice before raising prices on your current plan.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications through Zyrix or its integrations (including WhatsApp).
• Upload malware, viruses, or content designed to damage any system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written permission.
• Use the service to store or process data you do not have the right to process.
• Harass or threaten other users, our staff, or third parties through the platform.
• Violate the terms of any integrated third party (for example, WhatsApp Business Policy).

You own the data you enter into Zyrix. We do not claim any ownership over your customer records, deals, notes, or any business data. You grant us the minimal license required to host, display, and process your data solely to provide the service.

You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your business data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details on what we are legally required to retain).

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control, including upstream provider outages (Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare, payment gateways).

Zyrix is provided 'as is' without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. In most cases we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. For severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, security attacks) we may terminate immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled by the courts of Istanbul. Contact us for legal matters at:
