Why we started

We got tired of forcing US tools to speak Arabic

Our founder spent years running e-commerce and marketing operations across Türkiye, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia — managing campaigns in Arabic, invoices in Turkish lira, and customer support across three timezones.

Every CRM he tried was built for the US market and bolted on other languages as an afterthought. Arabic was right-to-left but half-translated. Turkish KDV was 'almost' supported. WhatsApp — the actual channel his customers used — needed a $99/month plugin.

Zyrix exists to fix that. A CRM where Arabic, Turkish, and English are equal citizens. Where WhatsApp is in the core, not a plugin. Where KDV and VAT just work. Built in Istanbul by a team that lives in the same time zone as the customer you're trying to close.
